Founder & Quantity Surveyor
Marks quantity surveying career began 17 years ago with a regional housebuilder. He gained 12 years of experience as a quantity surveyor in the housebuilding sector across the South West, before transitioning to freelance work in 2021. Since then, he has collaborated with a range of subcontractors on new-build housing developments and commercial projects, leveraging his industry expertise to help clients secure tens of millions of pounds in contracts. In addition to supporting subcontractors. Mark also assists main contractors on live projects, contributing to the successful delivery of commercial projects nationwide.
Iain Cunningham
Quantity surveyor / Estimator
Iain recently joined Quantity Surveying SW Ltd, bringing a wealth of experience from his previous roles in the construction industry. Before joining Quantity Surveying SW, he worked as an in-house QS for a large subcontractor, managing PLC housebuilding projects alongside commercial and domestic works. His career began on-site as a dryliner before transitioning into office management for a major contractor, where he utilised his accountancy qualifications to develop a well-rounded understanding of the industry. This diverse background enables Iain to approach projects with both practical and financial expertise, ensuring value-driven solutions for clients.
