What do Quantity Surveying SW provide in a tendering package?

At Quantity Surveying SW we understand that all business are different, with this in mind our packages can be tailored to suit you businesses needs. As a standard we provide:

  • Full review of tender documents to identify the exact scope of works; identify payment terms/ retention/ any potential risks (such as liquidated damages). 
  • Provide a quotation summary document broken down into plots and each stage for you to send on to your client.
  • Provide you with a tender letter for you to send to your client listing inclusions and any exclusions.
  • Provide you with a full costing breakdown of each plot, split into each  build stage 
  • Provide you with a plot by plot 'cost' breakdown and detail expected gross profit from the scheme. 

Where required we can also provide marked up drawings.

 

 

How much do we charge?

We work for various size sub-contractors working on anything to small remedial works up to pricing 300+ unit housing schemes. We send many of our clients a fixed price per project depending on the requirements so you always no how much the fee will be before we start.
